LEGAL NOTICE The Board of Supervisors of Windham Township, Bradford County PA, will be accepting sealed bids for the following materials. Grit 2000 Tons +/- Stone Dust FOB/DEL 3/8″ 2000 Tons +/- Crushed Stone Clean (cinder stone) FOB/DEL 2B 2000 Tons +/- Stone Clean FOB/DEL 2RC 6000 Tons +/- FOB/DEL Bank Run Gravel +/- DEL ALL MATERIAL MUST BE 100% CRUSHED BED ROCK AND MUST MEET DIRT/GRAVEL SIEVE ANALYSIS BIDDERS MUST BE ABLE TO HAUL WITHIN 72 HOUR OF REQUEST QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTIONS WILL BE DONE ON ALL DELIVERED MATERIALS SUPERVISORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the Supervisors until 5:30 P.M. Monday March 6 th , 2023. Please write Bids clearly on the envelope before sending. Bid packets may be picked up at the office Monday Thru Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
