LEGAL NOTICE The Township of Overton is requesting proposals for the purchase of professional services associated with the replacement of a 25′ span x 4.5′ rise x 27′ L steel girder bridge on T-348 Millstone Road over Millstone Creek, BMS No. 08-7217-0348-0001 with a concrete reinforced box culvert of equal or greater capacity. These services include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding of and contracting for the projects. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by Overton Township. The evaluation will include the following areas of importance: – Adequacy of proposal in the terms of addressing the needs that are set forth in the request for proposals. – Relevant experience and past performance. – Quality of previous work. – Adequacy of resources / records of completing projects on time. – Cost. Proposals should be received by November 1, 2021 to be opened at meeting, on November 3,2021, 6pm Overton Township building.
