LEGAL NOTICE THROOP BOROUGH 436 SANDERSON STREET THROOP, PA 18512 THROOP BOROUGH 2023 STREET PAVING THROOP BOROUGH, LACKAWANNA COUNTY, PA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the THROOP BOROUGH 2023 STREET PAVING will be received online via the PennBid Program, by THROOP BOROUGH, until 11:00 AM local time on MARCH 3, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The Project consists of asphalt milling, asphalt base repairs, asphalt scratch course and wearing course overlay, asphalt curb, storm drainage work, traffic control during construction and other related work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.procureware. com. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
