LEGAL NOTICE Towanda Borough is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of vacant real property it owns located at 305-307 Third Street in Towanda Borough, being Tax Parcel No. 48-086.04-169 assessed as 0.15 acres of land. A complete description of the property is set forth in the deed by which Towanda Borough acquired title to the property, a copy of which may be found at: (1) Towanda Borough website: http://www.towandaborough.org (2) Office of the Secretary of Towanda Borough, Municipal Building, 724 Main Street, Towanda, PA (3) Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Bradford County Courthouse, 301 Main Street, Towanda, PA, deed recorded July 29, 2021 as Instrument No. 202108609. Bids must be received at the Municipal Building, 724 Main Street, Towanda, PA not later than 2:00 p.m. on April 4, 2022. Bids will be opened at the Towanda Borough Council meeting on April 4, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Bids will be accepted on condition that the full purchase price must be paid within sixty (60) days of acceptance of the bid.
