LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MADISON Request for Proposals Development Opportunities Island Ave. School Property The Town of Madison, Connecticut (Town) submits a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) on the existing Island Avenue School property, located at 20 Island Avenue, Madison, Connecticut (the “Property”). The purpose of this RFP is to invite qualified parties (each, a “Respondent”) to submit proposals to acquire the Property known as the Island Avenue School in conjunction with the development and utilization thereof. This RFP is intended to encourage and allow each Respondent the flexibility to propose a use of the Property (the “Proposal”) that will be beneficial to both the Respondent and the Town.
