LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF SALISBURY INVITATION TO BID STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM The Town of Salisbury will accept sealed bids for three thousand and five hundred (1,600) tons of bituminous concrete in place. Contractors must meet requirements and specifications of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts/ Pre-qualification Office. Specifications can be obtained at the Dept. of Public Works, 39 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, MA. Sealed Bids will be due by 2:00 PM, October 4, 2021 addressed as follows: Asphalt Paving Bid, DPW, 39 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, MA 01952.
