LEGAL NOTICE Troy Housing Authority NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Housing Authority of Troy, New York, invites sealed bids for the following contract: Kennedy Towers Floor Finish Replacement They will be received by the Executive Director on June 24th, 2021 10:30 AM at which time bids shall be publicly opened and read at the Office of the Executive Director located at the Troy Housing Authority, One Eddy’s Lane Troy, New York 12180. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid walk through for this project on June 10th, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Contractors to meet at Kennedy Towers Ground Floor Lobby 2100 6th Avenue Troy, New York 12180. The project is located in Troy, New York and work shall be in accordance of specifications and other contracts prepared by RIDA Architecture PLLC., 2022 Western Avenue, Albany, New York 12203, Tel: (518) 713-4537. Contract documents may be obtained and returned at the office of the Executive Director at the Troy Housing Authority, One Eddy’s Lane Troy, New York 12180. Tel: 518.274.3600, upon payment of a $50.00 deposit. Deposit refundable upon return of the Contract Documents in good condition, to the Troy Housing Authority, no later than 14 days following the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality and reject any and all bids.
