LEGAL NOTICENOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids covering a project to install energy efficient electric Mini-Split HVAC units at the HRMM Wooden Boat School facility on the Rondout Waterfront in Kingston, NY in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Hudson River Maritime Museum (HRMM), will be received by the HRMM, 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston, NY 12401. Date of submission of bids: Up to and including 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. All bids received will be privately opened by the HRMM at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Proposals must be submitted in a manner designated in the bid package. Copies of bid package and specifications may be obtained by calling Gregg Swanzey, Grants Manager, at 845-853-3282 or by emailing Gregg Swanzey at gswanzey@hrmm.org. The HRMM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding and accept the bid that is best suited for the HRMM.
