Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions.All questions regarding the technical contents of the Invitation for Bid are to be submitted IN WRITING to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement Capital District Transportation Authority, 110 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, New York 12206 (518-437-8342, sdsansky@cdta.org) by March 31, 2022 at 11:00AM.There will be a site walk-thru on March 30, 2022 at 10:00AM at –meet in the lobby of CDTA 110 Watervliet Ave Albany. All potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this important walk-thru.The contract for the above will be awarded to the contractor with lowest bid. The Authority requires that all bids be responsive to this invitation and that bidders be responsible.
