LEGAL NOTICEREQUEST FOR BIDSThe Board of Fire Commissioners of the Milton Fire District No.1 in the Town of Milton, County of Saratoga, New York, requests sealed bids for the “Geyser Station Interior Painting Project” at 520 Geyser Road, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.The bids will be received until November 2, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rock City Falls station – District Office 1119 Rock City Rd, Rock City Falls, NY. All bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read at a public meeting at that time. The project will be awarded after review of submitted bids.Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be endorsed with name, address, and telephone number of the bidder; the package shall state it contains a bid for “Geyser Station Interior Painting Project”.Sealed bids may be mailed to Milton Fire District No. 1 P.O. Box 72, Rock City Falls, NY, 12863 or delivered in person to the District office. Facsimile and/or email transmittals are acceptable for this solicitation.
