A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Thursday, March 23, 2022 at 4:30 pm at the Arrowhead Elementary School, 232 Level Road, Collegeville, PA. The complete Invitation to Bid, bidding instructions, and Project bid documents, will be available beginning March 21, 2022 at no cost via PennBid (www.pennbid.net).
