CONCORD TOWNSHIP DELAWARE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA BID PROPOSALS Sealed bids are being accepted by Concord Township for the exterior repairs and painting of the Pierce Willits House complex, 659 Smithbridge Road, Glen Mills, PA., until 12:00 PM, prevailing time, on the 22nd day of April 2022, at which time they will be publicly open and read at the Concord Township Municipal Building, 43 S. Thornton Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342. The scope of work covers the Main House, Carriage House, Outhouse, Main House link to Carriage House, and Garage. The scope of work is to include all exterior carpentry, masonry, metal work and stucco repairs as identified in the bid documents, as well as all exterior preparation and painting. Bids will be awarded publicly at the May 3, 2022, Council Public Meeting at 7:00 PM. All bid documents and instructions are available online anytime at no cost at www.townshipofconcord.com and available at the Concord Township Municipal Building Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting on-site will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 659 Smithbridge Road. All proposals must be firm and not subject to withdrawal for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date of opening.
