This project involves the installation of video and radar detection at five (5) intersections in Concord Township: ⢠Concord Road (SR 3007) & Smithbridge Road (SR 3046) ⢠Naamanâs Creek Road (SR 0491) & Pyle Road (SR 3042) ⢠Smithbridge Road (SR 3056) & Bethel/ Station Road (SR 3025) ⢠Naamanâs Creek Road (SR 0491) & Shavertown Road ⢠Concord Road (SR 3007) & Cheyney Road (SR 4015) Prospective bidders must be pre-qualified with PennDOT in accordance with Section 102.01 of PennDOT Publication 408 â Specifications, 2011 edition and the latest supplements thereof to complete traffic signal work (Work Class Code P). Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
