INVITATION TO BID Project:CALN PARK WEST BIOSWALE: Project generally consists of retrofitting an existing stormwater conveyance trench it into a bioswale that meets PA BMP standards. Work generally comprises, but is not limited to regrading swale embankments and bottom, planting of bioswale seeding mix and restoration to areas disturbed outside of the project limits, by construction operations. The Work will be performed under one Contracts as follows: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Owner:CALN TOWNSHIP 253 Municipal Drive Thorndale, PA 19372 Engineer: ARRO CONSULTING, INC. 108 W. Airport Road Lititz, PA 17543 Bids will be received via the PennBid Program until 10:00 A.M., on April 4, 2022. Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online, at no cost, at pennbid.procureware.com. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held 10:00 A.M, prevailing time, on March 21, 2022, at Caln Park West, 1770 New Jersey Avenue, Thorndale, PA 19320. Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is not required, but it is recommended. Questions will be accepted until 11:59 PM., prevailing time on March 25, 2022; All questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
