NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Easttown Municipal Authority (EMA) is soliciting online sealed bids for Dorset Road Easement Sanitary Sewer Replacement. All bids must be submitted online at www.pennbid.net prior to the bid termination time and date. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price must accompany all bids. Registration on PennBid is free and documents can be uploaded to support the bids. Bids received will be publicly opened and revealed on the PennBid website after 11:00 AM, Friday April 22, 2022. The EMA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of the EMA. Specifications are on file and may be procured by prospective bidders on the PennBid website or at the Easttown Township Municipal Building, 566 Beaumont Rd, Devon, PA 19333 during normal business hours.
