PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing regarding the following ordinance during its normal public meeting on January 23, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Township Municipal Building located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19335. Following the public hearing, the Board will consider enactment of the proposed ordinance. A full text copy of the ordinance is available for public examination without charge or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Municipal Building. The preamble and a brief summary prepared by the solicitor listing the provisions in reasonable detail follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP TO FURTHER DEFINE AND REGULATE DIRECT COMMERCIAL SALES OF AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES. Section 1.Revises § 139-12.G(4) of the Zoning Ordinance to add a new subsection (d) to allow marketing activities in furtherance of, or customarily incidental to, the sale of agricultural commodities, provided that all revenue collected is related to the sale of agricultural commodities. Section 2.Provides for a severability provision. Section 3.Effective five (5) days from the date of enactment. Section 4.Provides for a repealer provision. William R.
