NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE Worcester Township will receive sealed bids at the Township Building, 1721 Valley Forge Road, Worcester, up to 10am on 1/31/23, at which time and place bids will be publically opened, for the following : (1) stone material: 200 tons No. 10 #1 Screenings, 300 tons No. 8 Aggregate #1-B; 400 tons No. 2A Aggregate; 300 tons No. 57 Aggregate #2B; 300 tons No. 3 Aggregate; 600 tons No. 3A Aggregate; 200 tons No. 1 Aggregate #4 Ballast; and (2) paving material: 400 tons Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 25.0 mm, PG 64-22, HMA, Base Course, 0.3-3.0 mESAL’s; 400 tons Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5 mm, PG 64-22, HMA, Wearing Course, 0.3-3.0 mESAL’s, SRL-H; 200 tons PSP Cold Patch; 400 tons Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 19.0 mm, PG 64-22 HMA, Binder Course, 0.3-3.0 mESAL’s. Proposal forms are available at the Township Building beginning 1/9/23. Bids must be on proposal forms, submitted per the proposal forms, and accompanied by a bid bond or certified/treasurer/cashiers check in amount equal to at least 10% of bid amount. Township reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities, or delete any “itemâ€? or portion thereof at its discretion, once bids are received.
