INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) will receive sealed proposals electronically via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) for Preventative Extermination/Integrated Pest Management Services at Bright Hope Community, Golden Age Manor, Robert Smith Towers, Marshall Lee Towers, Sidney Pollock House, and MCHA, Cherry Court, Norristown, PA, until 2:15 P.M., prevailing time on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at which time, the proposals will be opened. MCHA will only accept proposals submitted electronically via the PennBid Program. Proposal documents, including specifications and solicitation details are only available on PennBid starting Thursday, January 19, 2023. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Further details regarding the solicitation for proposals for the project are available on MCHA’s website https://www.montcoha.org. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. A non-mandatory, Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Robert P. Smith Towers, 501 East High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464.
