CHELTENHAM SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR FACILITIES FEASIBILITY STUDY AND ARCHITECTUAL SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the Cheltenham School District is seeking a consulting firm with K-12 educational planning experience to assess and evaluate our current educational facilities and future needs. Cheltenham School District will receive sealed proposals for a feasibility study contract until January 31, 2023 at 10:00 am local prevailing time to the districtâs administrative office, to the attention of and located at: Mr. Josh Sweigard Director of Business Services Cheltenham School District 2000 Ashbourne Road Elkins Park, PA 19027 At time of opening, the proposals will be acknowledged, but will not be read aloud nor any prices, etc. disclosed. Proposals received after the receipt deadline will not be accepted. Proposals will be held in strict confidence until reviewed and a contractor selected. Upon review of proposals and award of contract, proposals will become public knowledge to anyone who submits a request. Offerors are required to secure a complete copy of the request for proposal from the business office at the above-mentioned address. The proposal will be to assist district management with K-12 educational planning of future facility needs. Proposals must be submitted in the format required by the request for proposals, and must comply with all applicable minimum qualifications, laws and regulations. All proposals submitted are valid for acceptance by the district and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof. Subsequent to the districtâs receipt and review of the proposals, interviews may be conducted with the responsible offerors who submitted proposals. The district reserves the right to select for contract negotiations, the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the district. The request for proposal may be canceled or any or all proposals may be rejected, in whole or in part, when the district determines that it is in their best interest to do so.
