ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed bids will be received online by the Borough of West Chester via PennBid until Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., at which time they will be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid for: BOROUGH OF WEST CHESTER 2023 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SODA ASH The Borough of West Chester is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of soda ash to the Goose Creek and Taylor Run Wastewater Treatment Plants, West Chester, PA. Specifications and Bid Documents will be available on PennBid – www.PennBid.procureware.com. No bid may be withdrawn within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of the bid opening or within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder.
