BID NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Hatfield Township will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for each of the following: • Unleaded Premium Gasoline • Diesel Fuel • Heating Oil • Pool Chemicals • Propane Gas Bid Specifications and related documents are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.procureware.com) All bids will be opened on PennBid individually on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 10:00 A M. Each bid shall be submitted via the PennBid program and must be accompanied by a Certified Treasurer’s Check, a Cashier’s Check, or a Bid Bond secured by a Corporate Surety approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. The checks or bonds are returnable to the bidder within sixty (60) days except for the two lowest bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date of the reading of the bids. The Board of Commissioners of Hatfield Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid in part, or in full and to waive any defects or informalities in the bidding procedures.
