FISCHERâS PARK BOCCE COURT IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT NO. 9722-5 TOWAMENCIN TOWNSHIP MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA The Contract will generally include the construction of approximately 93 linear feet of segmental retaining wall, installation of the associated storm sewer conveyance system and the installation of concrete pavers, as well as an Alternate/Add-On to resurface the playing surfaces of two bocce courts. All work and materials shall be in accordance with PennDOT Standards and Specifications. This project is subject to the terms and conditions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry and, therefore, must be bid as such.
