REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) LEGAL SERVICES Real Estate Property Tax Assessment Matters The School District of Haverford Township (the âDistrictâ?) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed full service law firms to represent the District in the capacity of âSpecial Counselâ? for Real Estate Property Tax Assessment matters, including representation before the Board of Assessment, Court of Common Pleas, and any appellate courts as may be necessary. Any attorney or firm who will be submitting proposals to The School District of Haverford Township must register when requesting proposal specification documents. The documents can be requested through the Business Department by contacting Linda Teodoro at 610-853-5900 x7103 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The documents will also be available on the district website under the Business Department at the following address: https:/ / www.h averford.k12.pa.us/ departments/ business-office/ available-bidsrfps.
