BID NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Supervisors of London Britain Township, Chester County, at the Township Office, 81 Good Hope Rd, Landenberg, PA, 19350 or by mail at PO Box 215, Kemblesville, PA 19347, until 12 Noon, EDT, Monday, April 12, 2021 for the following project. Sealed bids will be opened and read at approximately 7PM EDT on the above letting date at a meeting of the Board of Supervisors. Please refer to the Township website for instructions on how to attend the meeting. Bidders are required to review project with Twp Road Master before submitting bid. Bid Bond or certified check required. The successful bidder, when awarded the contract shall deliver a Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days.
