Notice is hereby given that Exton/Whiteland Devco has submitted a final report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the Statewide Health Standard for the Fairfield Cleaners site located at 143 East Swedesford Road in Exton, West Whiteland Township. Exton/Whiteland Devco has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the Statewide Health Clean Up standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2. DLN 4/3; 1a
