NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids will be received and publicly read by the Vice President for Finance & Administration or her representative, on behalf of the Delaware County Community College at her office located at 901 S. Media Line Road, Media, PA 19063 for the following: Bid Title:Printing of Fall 2021 Non-Credit Course Mailer Contract #:20-2 Bid Opening: Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Contract documents including Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Specifications and Bid Form may be obtained from the College Purchasing Office at the address above in person or upon written request. Email requests should be sent to purchasing@dccc.edu. Bids may be mailed to the College Purchasing Office, however, no Bid will be considered, regardless of the postmark, unless it is in the hands of the VP for Finance & Administration prior to the time set for the opening of Bids. Bids may also be delivered in person to the College Purchasing Office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on official business days or emailed to finance@dccc.edu. Failure by the Bidder to comply with the Bid documents may result in the rejection of its Bid. Delaware County Community College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities in bids and bid securities, as may be deemed to be in its best interests.
