All bids shall be sealed in opaque envelopes, addressed to the Great Valley School District, Food Service Office, 47 Church Road, Malvern, PA 19355. The Great Valley School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive technical defects, if in its judgment, the best interest of the school district will thus be served.
