MEDIA BOROUGH – PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE Media Borough, Delaware County is soliciting bids for the PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE project via the PennBid web-based procurement application. Plans, Drawings and Specifications are available at https://pennbid.procureware.com/home. There is no fee to download or review the contract documents. The scheduled bid opening for this project is March 25, 2021 at 2:00 pm. There is a pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project, on-site, for 3/8/2021 at 10:00am. A bid bond will be required for the submission. Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project, specifically found in the contract documents. Bids may be held by the Borough for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. Media Borough intends to construct a 2880 square foot, one (1) story Public Works garage with masonry walls, and wood roof trusses. All General Construction and Electrical work will be bid as one (1) contract. There is no Plumbing or HVAC work. The awarded contractor is responsible for satisfying any applicable fees to the PennBid service. The Media Borough Council will evaluate the bids at the April 15, 2021 meeting. Kevin M. Matson, P.E.
