ADVERTISEMENT: REQUEST FOR BIDS The Avon Grove School District will receive sealed bids for the New Avon Grove High School Offsite Improvements in the form of a Single prime lump sum contract. Bids shall be submitted in PDF format to bids@dhuy.com no later than 3:00 P.M. prevailing time on TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 2021 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The project includes intersection improvements, signalization, and roadway construction on two PennDOT regulated roads in Penn Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. All work will be required to meet PennDOT specifications and requirements of the pending Highway Occupancy Permit. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted on TUESDAY, MARCH 9, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the New Avon Grove High School Job Site (DâHuy Engineering Trailer) site entrance located at 390 Vineyard Way, West Grove, PA 19390. Representatives of the Project Engineer (DâHuy Engineering, Inc.) will provide project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid.
