LANSDALE PARKING AUTHORITY MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Proposals will be received by The Lansdale Parking Authority (Owner) via the PennBid website, (https://pennbid.procureware.com) for public bidding. Bids will be received electronically until 11:00 o’clock A.M., on the 8th day of March 2021 at the PennBid website for the construction of: FABRICATION AND DELIVERY OF WAYFINDING SIGNAGE The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the fabrication and delivery of signage and related equipment (“Wayfinding Signageâ€?) for the benefit of visitors, residents, and businesses in the Borough of Lansdale to identify and help direct individuals to businesses, cultural institutions, recreation areas, public facilities, destinations of interest and other attractions located in the Borough of Lansdale. Plans and specifications are on file and open to public inspection at the Lansdale Borough Office, One Vine Street, Suite 201, Lansdale PA 19446, telephone number 215-368-1691. Prospective bidders may procure copies of the plans, specifications and bid forms, as well as the names of those who have secured plans and specifications online at the PennBid website, (https://pennbid.procureware.com). Questions regarding this advertisement will only be accepted online via the PennBid website, https://pennbid.procureware.com until 11:00 o’clock A.M. on the 3rd day of March, 2021. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bids within 30 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Lansdale Parking Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to accept the bid that it deems, in its sole judgement, to be in the best interest of the Borough.
