INVITATION TO BID Project: 2021 STREET IMPROVEMENTS – Project generally comprises milling of 45,250 S.Y. and furnishing and placing of 46,550 S.Y. of bituminous wearing course. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: General Construction. Owner: EAST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP 209 Conestoga Road Frazer, PA 19355 Engineer: ARRO CONSULTING, INC. 108 West Airport Road Lititz, PA 17543 Sealed bids will be received online via the PennBid program (www.PennBid.net) until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on Friday, May 28, 2021. Upon opening of the bids, bid results will be available for viewing on the PennBid website. Successful bidder will be selected by Owner at a later date. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. prevailing time on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Questions must be submitted in writing through PennBid and will not be accepted in any other manner. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
