NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: Notice of Advertisement for Bids 1. Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Proposed Community Center at 7000 Walnut Street Public notice is given that sealed bids/proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by the Township of Upper Darby by May 28, 2021 until 4:00 PM prevailing time. There is no physical public bid opening for this project, bids will be revealed via the PennBid website. A uniform fee of 0.333% ( of 1 percent) of the bid amount (up to $5,000) is applied only to bidders who are awarded contracts. No fees apply to bidders who submit without being awarded the contract. All interested parties must submit questions via the web-based system, by the posted deadline for questions. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Township Engineer or staff directly. This project is funded by a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program Grant and is subject to all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Procurement Guidelines. The Contract Documents contain all pertinent regulations. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Township.
