INVITATION FOR BIDS The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) for Audio Visual Board Room for MCHA, Cherry Court, Norristown, PA and Digital Signage for Golden Age Manor, Royersford, PA; Robert P. Smith Towers, Pottstown, PA; Marshall W. Lee Towers, Conshohocken, PA; Sidney Pollock House, Pottstown, PA and MCHA, Cherry Court, Norristown, PA until 2:15 P.M. prevailing time on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at which time the bids will be opened. MCHA will only accept bids submitted electronically via the PennBid Program. Bidding documents, including plans, specifications and solicitation details are only available on PennBid starting Monday, May 3, 2021. Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted via PennBid. Performance and Payment Bonds submitted after award. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Further details regarding the solicitation for bids for the project are available on MCHA’s website https://www.montcoha.org. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. A non-mandatory, Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at MCHA, Cherry Court, 104 West Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401.
