REQUEST FOR BIDS The North Penn School District will receive sealed Plumbing bids for the Domestic Water Heater Replacements for the North Penn School District. Work includes replacement of three existing domestic hot water systems at three schools within the District. Sealed bids are to be delivered to the North Penn School District Educational Services Center, 401 E. Hancock Street, Lansdale, PA 19446 no later than 10:00 AM, prevailing time on the following date, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Thursday, May 13th, 2021. Attendance to the bid opening will be virtual. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 at 8:00 AM at the North Penn School District Educational Services Center. Copies of the Contract Documents, including drawings and the project manual will be available as of Monday, April 19th, 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid.
