PUBLIC NOTICE Council of the Borough of Eddystone is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for the following: Route 291 Corridor Improvements Study Selection criteria will follow a qualifications based review process from responding consultants. Upon completion of technical ranking, interviews and possible discussion with candidate consultants, Council will award contract to the top ranked consulting firm. A sealed cost proposal should be included with submission of the proposal. Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted. Interested firms may request a hard copy of this RFP by telephoning 610-874-1100 or by emailing djones@eddystoneboro.org. All proposals received by 4:00pm on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Borough Hall will be given equal consideration. Minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to participate. Respondents must submit nine (9) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal. The full proposal should not exceed fifteen (15)double sided pages or thirty (30) pages including any supporting materials.
