LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, will receive sealed proposals online via PennBid (www.PennBid.net) or at the Township Building, 1130 N. Bethlehem Pike, P. O. Box 625, Spring House, PA 19477, until 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. MOWING CONTRACT for Township Park Lands and other areas. Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. The bids must be accompanied by certified check or other approved security in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the bid for the first year of the contract made payable to the Township. The proposals will be opened and read aloud. A Mandatory Pre-bid visit to all areas listed for mowing in these bid documents will commence at 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at the Lower Gwynedd Municipal Building, 1130 N. Bethlehem Pike, Spring House, PA. The purpose of the site visit is to become familiar with the areas to be mowed, mulched and maintained under the contract, and to see the delineation of the limits of mowing in the various areas. All bidders are required to attend this meeting. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Specifications may be obtained on the PennBid website at www.PennBid.net.
