NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of East Bradford Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania (“Boardâ€?) is soliciting sealed bids for property care of Township lawns, planting beds, trees and shrubs. Bid Documents are available at the Township Building, 676 Copeland School Road, West Chester, PA 19380 (“Township Buildingâ€?). Electronic copies may be obtained by emailing dlivezey@eastbradford.org or calling (610) 436-5108 x105. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Township Building on September 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bid Documents no later than 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on September 30, 2021. The bids received will be opened in public at the Township Building on September 30, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. prevailing time. The bids will be presented to the Board for consideration at its regular meeting on October 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Township Building. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total first year bid price, payable to the Township, must accompany all bids. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in any or all bids, for any reason.
