ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDDERS The Springfield School District, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for General Trades, Mechanical, and Electrical Contracts for the following project to be completed calendar year 2022: Scenic Hills Air Conditioning Project Sealed bids for the projects, addressed to Don Mooney must be clearly marked on the outside with bidder’s name and name of project bid, and are due at the Springfield School District’s Administration Building, 200 South Rolling Road, Springfield, PA 19064 by 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 21, 2021. A link containing PDF bid documents for the project will be available beginning September 13, 2021, at Stantec Architecture and Engineering LLC, by emailing Cynthia Kudamik at 2180DocControl@stantec.com. All substitution requests must be submitted to the OwnerArchitect at least ten (10) days prior to receipt of bids via email to the attention of Cynthia Kudamik at 2180DocControl@stantec.com. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk Through will be held at 4:00 pm at Scenic Hills Elementary School, 235 Hillview Drive, Springfield, PA 19064, on Thursday, October 7, 2021. All bidders are required to have a representative in attendance. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
