BID PROPOSAL NOTICE September 24, 2021 – Sealed bids for equipment and labor forces to perform Snow Removal, within the Township of East Caln will be received by East Caln Township, 110 Bell Tavern Road, Downingtown, PA 19335 until 11:00 A.M. on October 12, 2021. Bids will be opened and publicly read at 11:00 P.M. on the same date at the same location. All proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. Forms are available at the above address during normal business hours. The following equipment and labor, with estimated number of hours of use, are included in the bid: For Snow Removal 2021- 2022 Winter Season: Dump Trucks (3), minimum 28,000 GVW, with 8 foot plow, tailgate spreader and operator – 150 hrs. each Pick-up Trucks (4) with plow and operator – 150 hrs. each Loader, 1 C.Y. bucket, with operator – 75 hrs. 10% Bid Bond required.
