LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. East Marlborough Township is soliciting proposals and qualifications from firms interested in providing municipal engineering services. The firm(s) must have all applicable licenses to perform municipal engineering in Pennsylvania, have at least seven (7) years of experience in a similarly-sized municipality, and have a myriad of engineering experience, including, but not limited to: Plan Review Services; Municipal Project Design Services; Wastewater Treatment Plant Design, Engineering, Improvement and Management Services; Traffic Engineering; Municipal Improvement Administration and Observation; Environmental Services & Regulatory Agency Interactions; Grant/Bid Assistance; Surveying, Easements and Related Services; CAD and GIS Capabilities; and MS4 Program Services. Proposals will be accepted from firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide a range of engineering services. Addenda (if any) to the RFP will be posted on the Township’s web pages. Proposals must be received by November 19, 2021, by 4 p.m. Proposals shall be submitted both as an original, executed hard-copy and as a PDF file, submitted in electronic format via email.
