LEGAL NOTICEThe New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit proposals to provide a Payroll and Human Resources Enterprise Management System solution (“HRMS”) for NYRA. NYRA currently employs approximately 900-1,500 employees.
