LEGAL NOTICEVILLAGE OF HAMILTONNOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the Village Law and the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, sealed bids for the purchase of road use diesel fuel and unleaded gasoline, for delivery to and use by the Village for the period November 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, will be received by the Village Clerk of the Village of Hamilton, at the front door drop box of the Village Clerk at 3 Broad Street, Hamilton, Madison County, New York, or by mail addressed to P.O. Box 119, Hamilton, NY 13346, until October 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud and broadcast via Zoom electronic medium.The bid request is for approximately 15,000 gallons of ultra low sulfur diesel fuel and approximately 10,000 gallons of unleaded 87 octane gasoline. Winter deliveries of diesel fuel shall be a blend of 70% 15PPM Diesel Fuel and 30% PPM Kerosene. Bids must include a rack price for the bid date, differential, fluctuating net price and a firm net price. All bids must meet or exceed the specifications. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof “FUEL BID” and the name and address of the bidder, and shall be accompanied by a certificate of non-collusive bidding properly executed as required by law. All bids shall be binding for 30 days subsequent to date of bid opening, and no bid may be withdrawn during such time. Bidders wishing to view the bid opening must contact the Village via email at nancym@hamilton-ny.gov in advance to receive Zoom access information and log in credentials.
