LEGAL PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CAN DO COMMUNITY FOUNDATION The CAN DO Community Foundation requires professional services and advice for the design and construction of the following: Ferrwood Multi Use Educational / Recreational Building Ferrwood Music Camp Drums, Pa. The CAN DO Community Foundation is pleased to invite your firm to submit a written “Proposal” for this project. The CAN DO Community Foundation shall negotiate a contract with the highest qualified firm, subject to the evaluation of information received from interested firms, for necessary services for a fee the CAN DO Community Foundation determines to be fair and reasonable. Should the CAN DO Community Foundation be unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the firm considered to be the most qualified, negotiations shall be undertaken with the second most qualified firm. Detailed information as to the specific services requested are set forth in the Request for Proposal, a copy of which may be obtained at the offices of CAN BE. 103 Rotary Drive, West Hazleton, Pa. 18202 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (October 5, 7, 12, and 14) between the hours of 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Request for proposal may also be obtained electronically by making a request via email to campferrwood@gmail.com no later than October 14, 2021. Interested firms shall submit two copies of their proposal via USPS mail to: CAN DO Community Foundation 1 South Church St. Hazleton, Pa. 18201 Attn: Chris Stamatopoulos So that it is received no later than November 21, 2021.
