LEGAL NOTICE WINCHENDON PUBLIC SCHOOLS INVITATION TO BID SOLID WASTE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR WINCHENDON PUBLIC SCHOOLS Winchendon Public Schools is seeking sealed bids to furnish all services to provide “Solid Waste Removal and Disposal Services at all Winchendon Public Schools”. Invitation for Bid documents are available on or after May 14, 2021, by contacting jlanders@winchendonk12.org or by visiting the district website at www.winchendon public schools.org. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SOLID WASTE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR WINCHENDON PUBLIC SCHOOLS” and submitted to the Winchendon Central Office. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company approved by the Winchendon Public Schools, all in the amount of 5% of the bid payable to the “Winchendon Public Schools.” The Winchendon Public Schools reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids, and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the district.
