MADISON BOARD OF EDUCATION TOWN OF MADISON Facilities Office The Madison Board of Education, Town of Madison, Connecticut are seeking proposals from interested qualified architectural firms to review our main office including entry and courtyard schematic plans for Brown Intermediate School and Polson Middle School. The selected firm will meet with stakeholders, finalize a plan for the main entries and offices at Brown Intermediate School and Polson Middle School to also include a courtyard and a new sidewalk. Proposals will be received at the Facilities Department Office located at 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, Connecticut 06443-2563, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Monday, June 28, 2020. This Request for Proposal document may be obtained by emailing Racquel Stubbs Mondays through Fridays, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. local time. This Request for Proposals is not an offer of a contract, and no contract shall exist, unless, a written contract is executed by the Town of Madison and the successful proposer. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or non-material deficiencies in proposals, to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to develop a final scope of services and schedule, negotiate fees, and award a contract to the firm that in its sole discretion, it believes is best suited for the assignment identified in this Request for Proposals and will be in the best interests of the Town.
