March 18, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. 2021-008 UTILITY COST OF CAPITAL CONSULTANT The Commission is seeking qualified consultant(s) able to provide utility cost of capital consulting services on behalf of Staff in Docket No. DW 20-184, Aquarion Water Company of New Hampshire, Inc. (Aquarion or the Company) petition requesting an increase in its annual revenues of approximately $1,300,000. The Request for Proposals is posted on the PUC’s website at http://www.puc.nh.gov/home/requestforproposal.htm. Hard copies are available upon request.
