May 14, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. 2021-015 UTILITY COST OF SERVICE AND RATE DESIGN CONSULTANT The Commission is seeking utility cost of service and rate design consulting services to be performed by a qualified consultant on behalf of Staff in Docket No. DW 20-184, Aquarion Water Company of New Hampshire, Inc. petition requesting an increase in its annual revenues of approximately $1,373,351. The Request for Proposals is posted on the PUC’s website at http://www.puc.nh.gov/home/requestforproposal.htm. Hard copies are available upon request.
