The Board of School Directors of the Penn Hills School District, Pittsburgh, PA 15235 is requesting sealed Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for:
ENGINEERING CONSULTANT FOR GESA PROJECTS
Penn Hills School District (“the District”) is requesting proposals from experienced and capable engineering firms wishing to provide consultant services to the Penn Hills School District in connection with one or more anticipated energy savings projects under the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act (GESA).
RFQs are available online at the District website at http://bit.ly/PHSDCopiersRFP (under Plant Services tab) or may be obtained from the District’s Administrative Offices at 260 Aster Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.
Proposals must be received no later than June 9, 2021 by 5:00 P.M. at the Administrative Offices, 260 Aster Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.
The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
