Samaritan Healthcare ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
KDA Architecture
Sealed Bids will be received to Samaritan Healthcare at Samaritan Hospital 801 East Wheeler Road, Moses Lake WA, 98837, for construction of MOB Parking Expansion as indicated in the Contract Documents.
Bids shall be delivered to Samaritan Healthcare at the location indicated above no later than 5:00 PM, on April 14th. Alternate Bids shall be delivered no later than 5:00 PM, same date and location. If Alternate Bids change Subcontractor lists that were previously submitted, a revised Subcontractor list shall be included with the Alternate Bids indicating which Subcontractor will be used for which alternates per RCW 39.30.060. Bids delivered after the time(s) indicated above will not be accepted or considered.
Bids and Bid Bond shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents.
Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after Alternate Bid deadline.
Project Description: The project consists of Expanding the existing Parking Lot and lighting at the Samaritan Medical Office Building as indicated in the Contract Documents.
Estimated Construction Cost: Not Determined
A pre-Bid meeting and site walk-through will be held on March 29th at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory.

Contract Documents are posted at KDA Architecture plan room, www.KDAplanroom.com. and may be downloaded by bidders at no cost. Hard copy sets to be used for bidding or construction may be purchased at Bidder””‘s /Contractor””‘s expense from the architect””‘s plan room by choosing the “””Order””” option or downloaded digital files may be forwarded to a printer of Bidder””‘s / Contractor””‘s choice. All Bidders are required to register as a plan holder on this plan room. A list of locations with complete sets of documents, for viewing and reference only, is posted on the architect””‘s plan room. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid after the date and time set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days.
Samaritan Healthcare reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive as an informality any immaterial irregularities in the bids received.
