MORTGAGEE’S NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Timothy C. Brousseau and Linda C. Brousseau (the “Mortgagor”) to Citizens Bank N.A., and now held by Citizens Bank, N.A.
